Edible Images

Edible images are one of the great way to customize your cakes, cookies and cupcakes.

Edible images printing is the process of creating pre-printed images with edible ink onto cookies, cakes, or pastries. Designs made with edible ink can either be pre-printed or created with an edible printer, a specialty device which transfers an image onto a thin, edible paper. Edible paper is made of starches and sugars and printed on with edible food colors.

Images Format for Printing

As we only want to supply high quality images, it is imperative that the images are of a high resolution. We will advise prior to printing if we need a better-quality image. This will ensure that there is no pixilation of the image.  It is preferred that the image is at least 500kb in size and is 300dpi.

Images need to be emailed in either a jpg, jpeg, png, or pdf format.  We cannot accept any word & graphic processing files (ie; Word, Publisher) due to the formatting changing when opening between computers.
