Handling and Storage

Cakes and Cupcakes

Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in the fridge
They should be taken out from the fridge at least 1 hour before serving
Leftovers can be kept freshly in the fridge during next 4-5 days
Our double barrel cakes (two cakes stacked on top of each other) separated by a cake board and supported by a dowel


Cookies should be stored at room temperature
Cookies can be stored in cellophane bag or airtight container for up to 3 weeks
